How do I communicate with operators?

Docklyne believes in open and transparent communication. We built in an open messaging platform to facilitate direct and easy communication between renters and operators.

 

If you ever have any questions, comments or concerns about your reservation please reach out to the operator directly via the “Messages” in the left navigation bar. Simply click “Messages” and it will open up your tab.

 

You will also receive their phone number and email in the booking confirmation if you would prefer to communicate in the fashion.
